Exchange Terms
We do do exchanges. Exchanges can be for different style/size/category. If there is a price difference in items, you will be credited/debited. They have to be in good (unworn) condition and must be returned to:

Returns
Returns are conducted on a case by case basis. If you really must return and item for a refund, please send an email to our returns department along with a detailed explanation/sob story of the gaming expansion you absolutely have to get with the money you get back from us. Or visit us at one of the many conventions Gamer Concepts attends and tell us in person. You will save on return shipping and these situations are more entertaining in person anyway.
